There are four design concepts that can be used in this project. The description of these design concepts is as follows:

(b) Two-plate mould—Having one parting line with single cavity without gating system.

Since this project is limited in budget, the type of mould base that has been chosen is two plate mould instead of three plate mould. Among the design concepts for two plate mould, the concept 『d』 has been chosen. This is because concept 『b』 is non-proctive while concept 『c』 may damage the proct ring ejection.
