『壹』 求一套工厂里面完整的塑胶模具设计流程
注塑模具设计流程,下面就拿本人设计经验与思路跟你分析下:
第一步:产品分析与修改,确定模具结构,缩水图:
1、产品分析:开模方向,分模线与分模面,外形尺寸,厚度,拔模角度,倒勾及相应抽芯方式,进胶点与进胶方式,模穴数等等。
2、转工程图:用三维软件出图,一般建立三个视图:第一个主视图(后模表面投影),第二个第三个立体示意图(外表面和内表面)。其他视图按第三角法或第一角法摆放,剖视图(X和Y,剖切位置线通过重要位置中心,倒勾,柱位,孔位,枕位等等),保存文件DXF格式,到CAD打开标数处理。
3、缩水图:将上一步工程图镜像一次并且放大一个缩水率的倍数。(标明:MI,缩水率)
第二步:产品排位:在模具内怎样排列
考虑因素:模具长宽方位,产品模穴数,进胶位置,间隔(强度,放什么零件放得下)
先排第一个视图是后模侧俯视图抓主视图,第二个视图排前模侧俯视图,先把第一个视图中心线镜像到正右方然后抓后视图,然后排第三个X方向剖视图放在后模侧俯视图的正下方,第四个视图Y方向剖视图排在前模侧俯视图正右方。
第三步:模仁订购
根据产品的大小,生产批量,模穴数,抽芯机构等.
第四步:模胚订购
根据模仁大小与抽芯机构(侧),进胶方式与位置,前模是否有抽芯(开模动作,油缸),产品材料,顶出方式等等。
第五步:将模仁装配至模胚内
第六步:模仁与模胚安装与定位设计
第七步:分模线,枕位,镶件设计
第八步:如果客户产品有倒勾要设计抽芯机构如行位或斜顶设计
第九步:设计浇注系统(直接浇口,侧浇口,潜水口,牛角式,点浇口,扇形浇口,搭浇口等)
第十步:如果是细水口模具那么要设计开闭器与塞打螺丝
第十一步:排气系统设计(排气槽位置与产品溢边值大小)
第十二步:顶出系统设计(顶针,斜顶,司筒,顶块,推板,气顶等)
第十三步:冷却系统设计(水路样式如直通式,阶梯式,隔板式,螺旋式等)
第十四步:辅助零件开设(弹簧,垃圾钉,撑头,中托司,锁模板,扣机,边锁,平衡块,限位块,吊模孔,撬模坑等)
第十五步:检查与修改,视图补充与位置调整
第十六步:2D转3D分模或做全3D
第十七步:拆散件图(3D+2D)
第十八步:图纸审核,改图。
第十九步:图纸合格后打印归档
第二十步:图纸发给模具制造车间加工
以上模具设计从客户给3D图开始到设计出模具图到加工整个流程步骤,希望对你有帮助!
客户提供的图纸一般有以下几种情况:
1)客户给定审定的塑件图纸(二维电子图档)及技术规范要求(此时需要用三维软
件构建3D图)。
(2)给定3D图档,处理成2D图(出工程图纸)。
(3)给定样板(手板),此时需要测绘出2D和3D图。
以上是一般有三种,其中第二种情况最常见,就是客户产品设计师设计好了3D产品拿给你开模。
模具设计工程师需要绘制图纸有:成口工程图,缩水图,模具装配图,散件图,开模顶出示意图,改模图等,而且我写的就是按顺序排序
『贰』 模具质检那些孔的名字怎么快点记住
模具质检那些孔的名字快速记住方法:
1、根据位置记:前模部分叫前模芯或定模芯或者前模板或A板。边锁,起定位做用叫做吊模螺丝孔或吊环孔,用于模具吊装。
2、根据用途记:唧嘴孔,安装唧嘴进胶用的。运水孔,使用冷却水和油温用的。顶针孔,安装顶针顶出产品用的。
『叁』 模具上的“行位”用英文怎么表达
Slide 行位,(总称)
Slide block 行位块(主体)
Slide insert 行位镶件,

2. 请问此产品的面是否为外观面?表面做什么处理?是晒纹/抛光?
Can you tell me whether the surface of this part is a visible/esthetic one? What will we do for its
surface? Texture or Polishing?
3. 请问产品这个面可否加顶针或顶块?产品允许加扁顶针吗?
Does this part need an ejector pin or an ejector bar? Can we add an ejector blade?
4. 这个产品的柱位我们打算做司筒。(或镶针)可以吗?
Can we add ejector sleeves or ejector pins in the boss of this part?
5. 产品的这个位置不能出模,我们打算做行位,在此面上会有分模线,你接受吗?
There's an undercut at this position and it needs a slider. It will also have a parting line on
this side, is that OK?
6. 产品里面的这个位置我们打算做斜顶或内行位,有问题吗?
We will make the lifter and (inner) slider in this position, will that be a problem?
7. 你提供的2D产品图与3D产品图不一致,请问以哪一个图面为准?
The 2D and 3D drawing you provided is not the same, can you tell me which one is correct?
8. 你提供的3D产品图有的地方没有出模角,有的地方胶位太厚,有的地方胶位太溥,这些产品问题我们可以自
己修改吗?修改后会给交给你确认。
There is no draft angle in the 3D drawing, some materials are too thick, and some place are too
thin. Can we modify this part by ourselves? We will send the drawing to you for you to check after
we modify it.
9. 按你们提供的缩水率千分之五,这个模具的尺寸已经做到了模具图面要求。但注塑出来的产品不符合你们的
产品图。
请确认你们的材料的缩水率是否正确?
Accoring to the shrinkage one over two hundred, the mold has been done in the right dimension, but
the part falls short to your part drawing, are you sure the shrinkage is right?
10. 产品的这个位置太小,导致模具钢料太溥,能够加宽这个位置吗?
This position is too small and will make the steel material here too thin, can we widen it here?
11. 斜顶与后面的柱位空间太小,斜顶在运动时会干涉到柱子,能移动这个柱子的位置吗?
The angular lifter interferes with the boss ring ejection. Please consider changing the position
of the boss.
12. 这个筋骨位胶厚太溥,而且高度偏高,注塑时很难填充这个筋位,可以增加这个筋骨位的厚度吗?
The rib here is too thin and on the high side, so it will be difficult to fill here when we do the
injection, can you inrcease the thickness of this rib?
13. 你是想将此筋骨位的高度加高/减低吗?加胶的位置我们将用铜公放电加深。但减胶的位置有两种做
法,1、做镶件;2、烧焊;因为镶件的底部有运水,我们简单的做法是烧焊处理,你可以接受吗?
Will you increase/decrease the material on this rib? We will use EDM if you add material, but there
are two option if you choose to decrease:1.Make inserts;2.Welding, because there is water in the
bottom of the insert, is that OK?
14. 这个样板的筋骨位底部烧焦,是因为排气不良,我们可以在筋骨位的中间增加一个镶件。
This sample has been burned in the bottom because the venting is not good, we can add an insert in
the middle of the rib.
15. 重做镶件大约需要5-6天时间,你能接受吗?
It will take about 5 or 6 days to redo the insert, is that OK?
16. 产品的这个面我们已经做了晒纹处理,如果需要加胶,这个面我们需要重新外发晒纹。可能需要几天的时间
。
所以我们直接以铜公放电的火花纹取代你要求的纹路,你可以接受吗?
We have made the texture on this side, if we add material, it will take some days to remake the
texture by out-resourcing, so we suggest using the texture by EDM instead, is that OK?
17. 模具是用公制/英制的配件?需要备用件吗?
Is this mold dimension measured in inches or meters? Does it need spare parts?
18. 模具上铭牌上的刻字内容是由你们提供吗?你们什么时候可以这些刻字资料。
Will you provide the engraving content of the plate of this mold to us? When will you send it?
19. 可否提供此模具生产时,注塑机的型号及相关资料。如:啤机大小、呵林柱尺寸、顶棍孔尺寸等
Can you provide the type of injection machine and other related information of this mold to us?
Such as the boss dimension, the hole's dimension of the ejector pin and the size of the injection
machine and so on.
20. 这个问题我需要同其它同事商议会再答复你。
I need to discuss this problem with the other colleagues and then I will reply back to you.
21. 我们将尽力达成你的计划,如有异常,会及时通知你。
We will try our best to complete your plan, if there are any complications, we will notify you
immediately.
22.这个产品的长度为330.12MM,宽度为78.96MM,高度为45MM.胶厚为2MM,重量为70.63g,试模注塑机型号为250吨,
胶料颜色为黑色,产品外表
面晒纹处理,内表面为抛光.需要日期章、环保章、材料章.前后模用2344氮硬,斜顶和行位座用738H,以上模具
信息正确吗?请确认!

24.和滑块干涉的倒勾请加料填平至滑块可以顺利滑动
(The undercut area interferes with the slide block and needs to be filled with material to help the
slider move smoothly.)
25. 加肉太多 (The thickness added is too thick.)
26. 加肉面积太大 (The thickening area is too wide.)
27.GATE位置移位 ( The gate position is moved.)
28. 滑块拆的位置 (The split line of slide block or the area of slide.)
29. 此处有尖角,填充困难 (It is hard to fill this area e to the sharp feature.)
30. 此处钢材太薄,强度不足而且不容易冷却
(The strength of this area is too weak and it is hard to cool because the steel is too thin.)
31. 圆柱特徵要有一半圆不可以拆在滑块上,以免粘滑块造成拉白,拉断
(We avoid designing the semicircle of the cylinder on the slide block because it will be pulled
apart or cause drag marks.)
32. 此处做斜销在作动时会削到成品肉厚
(The part will be damaged if we make the lifter in this area.)
33. 这个面是装配面,不能加料
(This is a critical surface where we cannot add additional material.)
34. 此处料位太厚,会有缩水,建议减料改善
(Because of the shrinkage of the thickness, we suggest recing some wall thickness to improve it.)
35. 此面是不是外观面,此处做滑块的话会有夹线,是否可以接受
"(Please confirm whether it is a critical surface or not. Also, confirm whether it is acceptable to
have a slide
split line if we have a slide in this area. )"
36. 此处有倒勾,能否减料,使公母模靠破,不做滑块和斜销
"(Please confirm whether we can rece material to the area where we have an undercut as indicated
to have shut off
on cavity side. No slide block and lifter will be made. )"
37. 请尽快确认这种拆模方式和结构,否则会影响模期
(Please confirm the issues of Parting line, Gate position...Etc. as soon as possible; otherwise,
the lead-time will be extended.)
38. 此面是否有特殊要求,能否有顶针印
(Please confirm whether it is a critical surface or not and if we can have E.J. pin marks on it.)
39. P.L面开在此处,模具上会有尖角和刀口,对模具寿命有影响
(There are sharp edges if we set the parting line here, It will rece the tool life)
40. 加大拔模角,以便脱模顺利 We suggest enlarging the draft angle to help release the tool.)
41. GATE做在此处的话有两个缺点:1.盖子打开时可以看到GATE的修剪部位; 2.两个斜销在同一侧,顶出也不是
很平衡.
(There are two problems if the gate is to be designed in this area:
a). It is easy to see the gate mark when you open the cap.
b). The ejectors are unbalanced when two lifters are on the same side)
42. GATE做在此处的话.盖子打开后看不到GATE的修剪部位
(The gate mark is not visible if the gate position is designed like this.)
43. 如果GATE一定要做在你们指定的位置的话,那还不如做在这一侧,这样的话还可以减小这个位置的缩水
"(If you insist that the gate position has to be like the original design, then we would further
recommend to have
it to the area indicated so it can avoid a shrink problem in this area.)"
44. 在此处GATE做潜顶针的话,背后的外观面会有冲料痕,而且成品又是黑色的,会最明显
(If the design of the gate has to be a sub. Gate, then the back surface of the part will have
serious flow marks e to the black colour.)
22. P.L开在此处不合理,模具加工困难,P.L应改为和图示的一样
"(This area is not suitable to have a Parting line because the tool will become more complicated;
therefore,
we recommend to have the Parting line as indicated.)"
45。产品粘母模的机会很大,能否在公模加倒勾,拉料顶针或者公模保留E.D.M纹,开模时使成品留在公模一侧
"(There is possible sticking on cavity; therefore, please confirm whether it can make undercuts,
snatch pins
or leave coarse E.D.M. on the core to snatch the part on) "
46.此处料厚段差很大,成品表面会有应力痕,是否接受
(Please confirm whether it is acceptable to have stress lines on the surface because the thickness
is not equal.)
47. 请注明何处为外观面,能否提供2D图和注意事项
(Please advise where the critical surface is. Please also provide us a 2D drawing with critical
dimensions. )
48. 红色所示处是有问题的地方,请特别注意
(Please note the red highlights because those areas have problems.)
49. 成品设计此处有问题,建议如下图所示修改
(We would suggest using the attached part design as the current design has problems.)
50. 此处改为一个球形的凹槽 (We suggest modifying it as a globe recess.)
51. 圆柱特征要有一半不可以拆在滑块里,以防拉断 (this issue is the same as no.8)
52. 此处大滑块上走小滑块,小滑块要先退,大滑块要做延迟
(The inside small slide block will recede first and the parent slide block have to postpone
sliding.)
53. 滑块要用液压油缸抽芯以保证开合模顺序
(The slide pins will use an oil cylinder to assure that the process is in proper order.)
54. 这个面有装配,加料的话装配时会顶住,如图所示
"(We cannot add material to this surface because it will intervene between the two parts when it is
assembled.
Please see the sketch attached. )"
55. 可降低斜销面,增加成品些许肉厚来做变化
(To descend the surface of lifter in order to thicken the part.)
56. 一半做斜销,一半做自然 (One half side will have the lifter and the other half will be
solid/nature.)
57. 此处两个柱子重叠,有倒勾,不能做自然,要做SLIDE
"(These two bosses are overlapping with undercut therefore it can not be made as solid. We
suggest making it with a slide block.)"
58. 此处强迫顶出 (This area needs force ejection.)
59. 公模两段开模,这个地方先退 (Here will be a double ejection for forward and receding.)
60. 此处做镶件会有夹线,能否接受 Please confirm whether it is acceptable that there will be a
split line here.)
61. 此面公母模1度靠破,会有段差,可否接受
(Please confirm whether it is ok to have mismatch to the area where there is 1 degree of shut off
in Core / Cavity side.)
62. 这个尺寸能否加大 (Please confirm whether we can enlarge this dimension.)
63. 此处加一个凹槽,胶片的弹出效果会更好一些,试模后看装配的效果再做修正
"(It will affect the elastic of the film better if we add a recess. See how it will affect the
assembly parts,
and then make your decision.)"
64. 此处有倒勾,建议将剖面线所示部位CUT即可避免此处的倒勾
(There is an undercut here, we suggest cutting out the indicated part as it highlighted to avoid an
undercut.)
65. 成型后SUB GATE要修平 (The gate (sub gate) needs to be trimmed evenly after being moulded.)
66. 此处倒勾先垂直顶出,之后再手动取出
(This area of the undercut needs to be ejected vertically, then taken out manually.)
67. 这两个面都有滑块,GATE改在此处改不到
(The gate is not suitable in this area becuase there are two sliding blocks sealing off this area.)
68. 此处加做一个旋转GATE,射出时方便调整成品的品质
(We would suggest placing a runner shut-off insert to adjust the volume of part filling.)
69. 此倒勾在滑块上强迫脱模,倒勾是否可以减小到0.6
(This undercut will be force ejected out, Please confirm whether it can be reced to 0.6 mm.)
70. 此柱子无法脱模,请确认是否是在转图时错位,能否提供客户的原始图档 data. )
(This boss is not releasable. Please check the file again and if possible, pleas re-send us the

71. 此柱子是实心的,会缩水 (This boss will shrink because it is a solid boss.)
72. 这个面是否要咬花,咬花番号是什麼,最小的拔模角要多大
(Please confirm whether this surface needs to be textured or not. Please advise texture specs.

73. 这个面是否要打光,贴标签
(Please confirm whether this surface needs to be polished and stuck on a sticker.)
74. 红色显示的几个面拔模角太小,出模时会拉伤,建议加大拔模角
"(The red highlighted area has a problem of a small draft angle. We suggest enlarging the
draft to avoid casuing drag marks on the part.)"
75. 此RIB太薄,会填充不足 (This rib can not be filled properly because it is too thin.)
76. 此RIB太厚,会缩水 (This rib will have a shrink problem because it is too thick.)
77. 此处倒勾出模困难,建议先不做倒勾,成型后再二次加工,但要做治具,费用要另外算
(There are problems with this current design, we recommend doing this undercut as an alternative
but there will be additional costs.)
78. 柱子底部都要做火山口
(The base of all bosses require a crater to avoid shrinkage.)
1.镶件,P.L.面有充足排气坑,P.L.面要开环形排气槽,并能将气体排到模外。
Insert/PL should have adequate venting,PL should have around slot for venting.
79.顶棍孔镶件端面距离底板面0,5mm,攻m20牙;
the surface of KO insert shound below bottom plate 0.5mm,thread M20.
80.回针,中托司与模胚部份避空0.5mm;
RP,EGP should have 0.5mm gap with the moldbase.
81.排气槽距封胶位10-15mm;
Venting slot distance from the seal off position 10-15mm
82.运水进用 E ,运水出用 S ;
Intake"E",Outtake"S"
83.底面板均要有隔热板,DME规格1/4厚;
Top/Bottom plate must have insulator plate,DME standard 1/4'H
84.吊环要在模具的重心(保证吊模时的平衡);
Eyebolt should on the center of the mold(for balance)
85.吊模螺丝的位置要在前/后模部份的重心,保持平衡;
The eyebolt position on the cavity/core side should on the center of gravity for balance
86.唧嘴分试模唧嘴/走模唧嘴;

87.喉塞选用:NPT规格;
Plug use NPT spec.
88.中托司采用HASCO滚珠形式.

A complicated mould with thorough design consideration to overcome the numerous design contraints.
一个复杂的模具,设计经过周详考虑,成功地克服了各种设计上的限制。
All moving components should use hardened steel : all slides should be installed with hardend or
lubricated alloy wear plates and gibs, and with positive slide retainer.
所有移动的零件应使用硬钢料,行位必须用硬垫板和硬线条,而且必须有限位及定位锁。
BOM including water fittings,ejectors&custom components.BOM的内容应包含运水接头,顶针和自制的零件.

Eyebolts for inserts more than 50lbs.重量大于50lbs的镶件必须要有吊模孔。

4 point in HRC different to lifters contacting or cavity steel。斜顶和与其接触的内模或镶件在硬度上
有4度的差别(HRC)。

General ,safety and handling 常规、安全和搬运要求
Guided ejection recommended for mould above 100 tons clamp capacity, ejector pins of 1.5mm or
smaller, or ejector stroke longer than 50mm.
建设模具用于锁模力超过100吨的注塑机,或有1.5mm以下的顶针或顶出行程超过50mm时,应装上顶针板导柱。
Guide pin cleared and vented?边钉插入模板有否顶着及加疏气空?
Hot manifold wired to print and checked? 热咀电线接位有否编号?
Horn pin clearance hole?斜边与行位有否空间?
Hydraulic actuated slide together with electrical limit switch.行位采用油压推动,配合安全电制。
Heaters fitted+0.002/-.000, leads tagged and connected to terminal.热嘴装配,电线源头、尾有否安装稳
固。(+0.002/.000)
Inserts keyed and numbered to prevent incorrect assembly.镶件定位和编号以防止不正确的组装。
Jaw angle 3 deg.more than angle pins(<25 degree).斜面角度要比行位斜边角度大3度(<25度)。
Keep enough space to run waterline at slide /lifter/major inserts.在行位、斜顶、主要镶件处保留足够
位置(空间)布置水槽。
Lifter angle less than 15 degree.斜顶角度小于15度。
Lifter rods dia, less than 1".斜顶杆直径不能少于1"。
Limit switch in tact and protected.是否已安装限位制?
『肆』 1.热塑性塑料注射成型模具一般由哪些部分组成
我是一个注塑模具设计师,我的经验告诉你,模具一般由以下几大部分构成:
第一部分是模具的骨架就是模胚部分,模胚又分大水口,细水口,简化型细水口,大水口又可分为ABCD或工字及直身等,细水口又可分有水口板和无水口板等类别,是根据产品结构确定结构后判断选择哪种更简单成本更低。
第二部分就是模具心脏部分就是模仁部分,模仁又可分为整体式和攘拼式,有的产品要求不高不用模仁直接在模板上成型,有的产品是两个行位对碰,行位就是模仁所以也没有独立的模仁,一般设计时要有模仁,这样更省料又能达到产品成型要求。
第三部分就是成型零件部分,模仁中的入子,镶件等,这些部分是为了方便加工,订料,排气,更换等所以把模仁上一些特殊部位做成镶件(柱位,孔位,骨位,止口等及难加工的地方)。
第四部分就是抽芯机构部分,这部分是模具设计中最难工作量最大的部分,如果产品上有倒扣或一些特殊结构要抽芯时,就是考虑用什么方式抽芯,外侧倒扣就是行位较多,也有外斜顶,内侧倒口一般用斜顶抽芯,也有的产品不能做斜顶要做内行位,前模行位前斜顶,后模行位后模斜顶,如果抽芯行程太大,斜度太大,严格顺序控制时用油缸,如果有内牙时还要用齿轮齿条马达司套司杆缩科机构或斜顶等方式抽芯。行位一般要四个视图进行表达,斜顶三个视图进行表达就可以了。
第五部分就是分型机构设计,像大水口只有一次开模动作,而细水口有三次开模动作,那么细水口模具设计时要考虑前两次开模行程,在模图上要表达,细水口控制开模顺序与开模行程的零件尼龙钉与塞打螺丝或是水口拉板,扣机等机构设计。
第六部分就是浇注系统设计,主流道,分流道,浇口,冷料井等,主要流道一般在唧嘴中成型,唧嘴是标准件所以一般设计时不要考虑太多因素,分流道(布局均衡,形状,主次关系);浇口的类型及位置确定和相关取值(常用的直接浇口,侧浇口,潜水口,点浇口等);冷料井数量及位置确定。
排气系统:利用分模面,顶出机构,模仁入子等间隙自动排气;对于大型,复杂产品,快速成型等情况则要另外开设排气系统。注意排气槽的大小和位置的确定(与塑料本身的流动性有关)。
冷却系统:水路开设,主要考虑冷却速度,冷却效果去选择相应的水路大小(尽可能取大值)及与塑件结构相适的水路样式(直通式,阶梯式,隔板式,螺旋式,溢流式等)。
顶出系统:顶针,顶管(司筒),顶出块,顶出板,气吹,人工,机械手等)
第七部分就是其他零件追加:支撑柱,中托司,回位弹簧,开闭器,限位螺丝,锁模板,拉板,抓料销,吊模孔等。

『伍』 在注塑模具设计中,要注意哪些问题,设计的关
1.使用FUTABA标准模座结构组模座。
2. 使用正钢或同规格标准模具零件、配件。
3. 所有导销(GUIDE PIN),衬套(BUSHING)必须在尾端有凸型。
4. 所有模具设计图面纸张尺寸需统一使用全开规格尺寸,并等核准后,才开始制作。
5. 模具上成品部分加工时,应以成品图中尺寸公差的半值来做为加工公差,不得使用 成品图上之公差来加工。
6. 所有度量单位以英制为准,长度使用毫米,重量使用公斤,温度使用摄氏(C)。
7. 压力以英制PSI为单位,1PSI=1磅/平方英寸=14.2公斤/平方公分。
8. 确认模厚,夹模板行程,顶出行程。
9. 公母模四侧面吊模孔位置,“A”“B”板每一相邻两侧最少有一吊模孔,其他模板最少 有一侧面有吊模孔。
10. 四支导销中之任一支,必须做成偏心,即不与其他三支对称,以防止公、母模反向 合模。
11. 打印钢材规格及硬度於模仁底面。
12. 详列材料表并标示材料与表面处理规格,并标示电热器瓦数规格与电压大小。
13. 打印,编号所有模具零件。
14. 模具两侧面,应与装箱前以铁条固定,以免模面分开。
15. 同一成品模穴超过一个穴时,应采用连续编号以便识别模穴。
16. 在模座上需有一吊模孔於模具重心位置,以避免吊模时模具倾斜,并确定螺纹与深 度足够负荷模重。
17. 除模仁有大面积梯阶靠破外,均应装置模面锁定块(PARTING LINE LOCKS)。
18. 肋片深度超过5mm时,需於肋底部加逸气销或以镶件制作,以利塑料充填。
19. 以销子做平面靠破时,应将销子顶端加长伸入钢材内,避免销子顶面压损或变形。
20. 成品重要处,应稍预留尺寸,避免加工尺寸过大而导致补焊。
21. 模仁未经许可不准补焊。
22. 在特殊情况下以补焊修补模具时,应选用模具同材料做焊条,以免材质不同影响成 品之外观及留下痕迹。
23. 各项装配组立均应确实控制公差,不得有敲击之痕迹留下。
24. 所有的模板除分模面外,其余角落应倒角。
25. 使用电热器之模具,均需附电路图以便生产单位正确接线。
26. 模具需咬花处理时,拔模角度至少需要2度以上,咬花深度则每深0.001”需增加1度 拔模角,例如:深度为0.003”时需有5度拔模角度,咬花前模穴表面至少要以#300 砂纸打光。
27. 确认模穴,模座强度足够。
28. 模具设计应符合成品图面附注要求。
29. 提供所有不属于标准规格零件详细图面。
30. 模仁表面经电镀处理后,应加热模仁至500F以1英寸厚度加热1小时计算,以防止模 仁脆化。
31. 电镀件之厚度及附着强度均需特别注意,不得在使用后有剥落的现象。
